General Pest Control Service
- General Pest Control is a quarterly service that applies insecticide once per 90 days to reduce, eliminate, and prevent common household pests.
- I treat inside as needed and the outside perimeter of the building.
- I practice pesticide rotation and incorporate Insect Growth Regulators (IGRs) in my applications. This prevents pesticide resistance and stifles the development of young bugs.

Rodent Prevention
This add-on includes the use of stations to monitor for and prevent rats and mice. We use both traps and rodenticides as appropriate for your property.
Termite Prevention
This add-on employs termite bait stations to treat for and prevent subterranean termite infestations. An installation fee applies in addition to an annual maintenance cost.
Mosquito Prevention
This add-on leverages mosquito stations to prevent and reduce mosquitos in the area of the property. An installation fee applies in addition to a quarterly service fee.
